- The Nixa Crimson Corps has a strong tradition in building not only strong musicians, but creating tremendous citizens as well. The band is always
striving for self improvement through character education. Competitions are attended, however the band program stresses competition with the
inner progress of the overall ensemble.

(FINALS) 2nd place overall, Outstanding Drum Major. 25 bands in attendance. - 10/3 - Parkview "Valhalla" Festival: (PRELIMS) 2nd place in class, Outstanding Horn line,
Outstanding Soloist. (FINALS) 3rd place overall, 33 bands in attendance. - 10/10 - Broken Arrow Festival: (PRELIMS) 2nd place in division, Outstanding music.
(FINALS) 10th place overall. 20 bands from 4 different states in attendance. - 10/17 - MSU "Ozarko" Festival: (PRELIMS) 1st place in division, Outstanding color guard.
